The Domiciliary Home Care division of The Care Bureau Ltd provides home care support which is tailored to meet individual requirements. The principle objective of our service is enabling people to remain in the comfort and security of their own homes. We offer an affordable and efficient solution for anyone wishing to continue living at home yet requires assistance with day-to-day living and are one of the biggest home care agencies in the Midlands. 

Home care

We provide completely flexible Domiciliary Home Care packages ranging from 15 minutes to 4 hour companionship visits. These can be changed as needed - we understand a persons circumstances are not necessarily constant. Using our service gives family and friends complete peace of mind knowing their loved one is having regular visits from a trained professional carer.

Our company believe in having regular contact with all our carers to ensure any information required is communicated to family or friends. This provides reassurance, particularly to those living further afield.

Our carers can assist and encourage with daily tasks including all aspects of personal care-such as washing and dressing- as well as meal preparation and medication. Having a carer help with these allows continuing independence for the client and we understand how important this is.

We will consistently do our best to assign regular carers with each individual. This is beneficial for both the carer and client as it allows a trusting relationship to form.

The Care Bureau selects our employees very carefully through a rigorous recruitment process designed to safeguard all of our clients. We appreciate that allowing a stranger into your home can be an uncomfortable for some people however, our home care assistants are professional and have the personality and skills required to conduct their duties in a professional manner. Our Homecare Team member will always be respectful of the client maintaining their dignity and well being at all times.

All of our carers have an enhanced (CRB) criminal record check. Training takes place within our own company to very high standard and we actively support them to update their skills and training.
